However, instead of using a 6mm dynamic type speaker driver for its high frequency, or treble, it uses a balanced armature driver. The implications of doing this are that a balanced amateur-type speaker driver has a lighter diaphragm than one on a dynamic driver. A lighter diaphragm allows a driver to more effortlessly, with less distortion, reproduce the frequencies that require a high oscillation amount, like the treble frequency range, per second; hertz. With a balanced amateur producing treble, the Ninti Bambina LDV has an audibly more dynamic, crystal-clear, three-dimensional sound in the treble region that pairs well with its 10mm driver that produces bass. The bass driver has been placed in a noticeably different cavity. A cavity with a bigger internal volume that allows for more pressure to be built from the bass driver, leading to more lower midrange presence and deeper, and more punchier bass. These are tools in the arsenal of the LDV that make them an enjoyable In-ear monitor to listen to on their own.
